A Colorado native, Terance was born and raised in Aurora. After graduating from Metro State University, Terance’s career in banking took off. Throughout the next 20 years, Terance has developed relationships centered on helping people realize their dreams. He spent seven years in private banking, moved into business banking for another seven years and has been in mortgage banking for the last six years. During this time, Terance has had his Series 6 and life certifications as well as numerous classes regarding Investments and Wealth Management.

Working with families to purchase their first home is the most rewarding part of Terance’s job. He specializes in first-time home buyers, self-employment, and investment properties. Terance is committed to helping guide families to realize their dreams of owning a home in a sometimes-complicated market.

When Terance isn’t closing deals, he is a busy dad of two. Their dog, Desie, keeps them on their toes when he’s not coaching youth football, serving on the board of directors for the Mountain Lions Youth Football League, 4-wheeling through the Rockies and adventuring. To relax, he can be found on a patio with a view and an ice-cold Juicy Hazy IPA in hand. There’s not a better way to spend an afternoon than enjoying the great outdoors in Colorado!
